I understand the importance of educating you on the most effective ways to take care of your body and mind so that you can heal quickly and when you are ready to go face the world head on again, I will still be here should you need a pick me up session . So whether you are in reflection mode or still suffering , I am here to listen as this is the most important aspect of what i do.
I’m a survivor and I have been and seen the bottom trust me with my own deep and dark story so I thought it only right to pass on my knowledge , the tips n tricks that ’somehow’ got me through and which I still lean on to this day . Golf provides us a basic template to do this if only to stretch before you play … it’s another little box ticked ✅ that is mentally positive . These little subtle exercises are designed to get the blood flowing and together with breathing techniques you will notice a marked improvement within week one ! The brain needs oxygen to perform and that little stimulation works wonders .
I will work with you to develop healthy lifestyle habits that will improve your overall health and wellbeing to make ‘sustainable changes’ that will last a lifetime.
Nobody certainly not me will hold you accountable as it’s ’a choice’ but it will help me provide support every step of the way to stay motivated and on track to achieve your health and fitness goals. There is zero pressure placed on you as I realise how tough it can be but little steps day by day and we will get you through to the light again .
